The following information addresses the NU-Clear Media Web Site Privacy Policy as it pertains to the type of information we gather on visitors to our web site.

Illegal Activity

Any Solicited activity done by NU-Clear Media Service to cause any type of Network Failures, DOS(Denial of Service), or Service failures may be a violation of California or United States laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: portscans; intentionally violating computer(s); distribution of viruses; gaining unauthorized access to private networks and infrastructures; engaging in the transmission of open-source software; conducting or participating in private or underground forums discussing illegal activites through electronic mail, VOIP(Voice-Over IP), or USENET postings

All activities described above are for the strict purpose of gathering information. Information Security Technology is not a crime. The use of such information for monetary and financial gain, and extortion is, we do not extort our clients, their suspects or suspected targets, or their customers.
